We have a new add-on that will automatically post your payments for online payments via the customer checkout cart like PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, and M2E Ebay.
All methods will be listed as Auto-Post with the actual payment method in the comments to notate the system payment entry. That way you can still do manual posts for offline methods like Check or Money Order, or offline Credit Card or PayPal direct invoices. etc.
