We now offer new functionality for our module Mass Order aka 'Add Products by Barcode', PCGS Submission 'Bulk Add', and CAC Submission 'Bulk Add' to either load by our proprietary printed barcode labels or the PCGS or NGC barcodes on the holder.
Some limitations apply:
You can either load by proprietary printed barcode labels or PCGS/NGC barcodes on the slab, but not a mix of both at the same time.
All PCGS barcode variations (there are 4) will work, but NGC barcodes only work with later generations and not the first 16 digit version. In almost all cases, this will not be an issue.
If you modify the SKU which is the certification number on the slab holder, it will not work. In order words, no dash or hyphen with the NGC cert #s. PCGS shouldn't be an issue unless you've loaded the same coin you've had in inventory and ignore the warning duplication notice - the framework then appends a -1, -2, -3, etc.
Future Release:
We are planning to add the same feature to our Purchase Order section to load by slab barcode, as well.
