Go to Setting / Auction Settings then modify the text of your Auction Lot Disclaimer. Don't forget to click on the Save Button after you are done making changes.
Make sure you don't remove the opening HTML Paragraph Tags!!!

This text appears on your Lot Landing Pages like this:
If you don't see the update after making changes to your settings in the Auction Admin, please refresh your browser to see frontend Lot Page update.
