Please make sure the URL in your browser is set to your admin side path.
For example:
www.yourdomain.com/admin - there should be NO info after your proprietary admin name.
Your domain is your business website address plus the "/" and then the proprietary path name to your admin as shown above. If you see a bunch of characters after the /admin part, then please remove those and only use your base URL plus you admin name.

The long string of numbers is your session store ID or SID and it has likely expired resulting in your inability to login, but your browser uses that as a 'cached' local store address - this must be cleared. To clear your browser, please refer to your browser instructions (via Google, Bing, etc.) for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE, etc.
Did your SSL or Domain name expire from the company you purchased it from? If so, please contact them.
