Products not showing on the frontend (customer's side) of website

1) Please make sure you've run the index and cache to update the customer's side browser information.


2) Please make sure your product is in the proper categories and those categories are turned on.


3) Please make sure the products 'Status' is enabled.


4) Please make sure the visibility is set to Catalog, Search.


5) Make sure your product source and default stock has quantity on-hand; make sure to also check if the product is tied to an existing or pending order.  In that case, you would see a variance between default stock and source.


If all these items are correct, please contact us via support ticket.
