1. Verify your internet connection, router or Wifi is working by navigating to another site like google.
2. Clear your browser on your cache if recent changes have been done to you site including AJAX, Java, PHP, etc.
If you still have an issue, please follow steps below:
This is most likely a server related issue and not software. Please contact your hosting company to clear the cache at the server level or check the error logs, MySQL or PHP restart if necessary. If the hosting company believes there is an issue with the software side (Magento, Wordpress, etc.) please contact us via Support Ticket and mark the ticket URGENT.
Please understand that if you're on a paid support plan or within your new build support period, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you're not on a paid support plan with us and beyond your included support period we'll address your issue upon receipt of payment for 1 billable hour within 24-48hrs of receipt.
