Reassign Unsold Lots

Once an auction ends, you may have unsold lots or items that did not meet the consignor's reserve.  You can easily reassign these unsold lots by clicking on the ReAssign Unsold Lots Button in the Items tab.  The button will only appear after the auction ends with 1 or more unsold lots.

Admin Path: Auctions / Select Auction / Items (Tab)

You will then be redirected to a list of unsold lots for that auction where you can make changes to the low and high estimates, the reserve, and then assign it to a future auction using the dropdown, as show below:

Once your adjustments have been made, just click on the Go button to reassign each item.  Those consignor items will then be added to that future auction and you will get a notification popup in the upper right of your screen upon success.
