After you've generated the settlements for a given auction, you can then edit any of the consignor fees for each an every consignor settlement by clicking on the button labeled Edit, as shown below:
Admin Path: Auctions / Select Auction / Settlements (Tab)
You will then see a pop-up (modal) screen with editable fields to make changes for Hammer, Commission, Fees, and Insurance.

Once you have made your changes, you can then click on the Save button. The totals will then be updated for that consignor settlement and the PDF will also reflect any changes, as well.
